Love Island's Teddy has revealed he has royal connections in an unseen clip from the reality show.
Teddy dropped the royal bombshell during a chat with fellow islanders when he was still coupled up with Faye, before he headed into Casa Amor.
The islanders were having a discussion about plantain and Nigeria when Teddy said he was half Nigerian.

He then went on to reveal he was actually a prince until his grandfather passed away.
In the clip from Love Island: Unseen Bits, Teddy announced, "I'm going to say something so shocking - I'm actually a prince of one of them."

Understandably, the islanders were pretty gobsmacked by the news.
Aaron, who was obviously very impressed by the revelation replied. "Big man"
And a slightly confused Faye responded, "One more time just run it past me".
Teddy went on to explain further, "It's like a village, it's within the Delta State village. So my grandad has obviously passed away so I'm no longer actually prince. I was a prince."
Faye responded in shock, "Stop it".

We certainly weren't expecting royalty to enter the villa and fans on Twitter were equally stunned by the major news.
One user @scoobeedoobeed0 wrote, "Teddy may no longer be a prince but he's still definitely a king."
Another @hinnx2 wrote, "Teddy was a prince. Can he get any more perfect."
Teddy revealed the news in footage filmed before he came back single from Casa Amor after Faye chose to couple up with newbie Sam, following her seeing the picture of Teddy kissing another girl.

But Faye and Teddy have since rekindled their romance after sharing a passionate kiss on Sunday night's episode so she may need to fix her crown after all.
Teddy may not be a prince anymore but he's still Prince Charming to us.
