Turns out, the hit-maker is a BIG fan of the show, and not half bad at mimicking those right Royal vocal tones, either.

Mariah took to Instagram to reveal that she had received a plush red gift box - much like the ones given to late King George VI and Queen Elizabeth II in the hit Netflix show - to celebrate the launch of series 4.
The briefcase-style box, traditionally used to deliver important documents between the government and monarch, was filled with a bottle of Margaret Thatcher's favourite type of whiskey and a plush glass decanter.
Series 4 - as any fan of The Crown will know - covers Thatcher's time as Prime Minister, with Gillian Anderson playing famous politician.
"Look at this! It's The Crown! Look at the attention to detail," gushed Mariah.
The star then produced a letter from the case and began to read it aloud.
Breaking into her best fake British accent, Mariah said: "In honour of season four The Crown, we wish to offer a rare glimpse into the Iron Lady herself."
She jokingly added: "This will get edited, I know!"
Signing out, The Crown megafan told followers: "Listen, I don't know what to say. If you haven't watched The Crown, you are missing out. Go watch season one, watch it through now."
She went on: "I don't even do this type of thing, I never do this but it's the best. I can't wait, I'm so excited!"
Mariah shared the video to her social channels, where fans rushed to praise the singer's fake British accent.
"PRO ACCENT IMPRESSIONIST too??? Girl you got too much talent," wrote one.
"Ok but Mariah, we need you to give us British accent lessons," agreed another.
While a third wrote: "u doing british accent gives me life."
What's a little fangirling from one queen to another, eh?
