Alongside the caption, America shared a series of photos of traditional Lencan headpieces from which hers draws its inspiration.
America's red chiffon dress was created by designed Alberta Ferretti, and featured a georgette multilayered, empire waist.
"Knot in throat. What a gorgeous representation of our people! Yess," praised one of her followers of the look.
While somebody else echoed: "Thanks America for including our Honduran culture. We are all so proud of everything you have achieve & having our lovely Honduras present!"
"I am breathless from you! So so so so so gorgeous," praised a third.
The How To Train Your Dragon star announced she was expecting her second child with husband Ryan Piers Williams back in December.
