Stephen Bear’s fiancée Jessica Smith could be facing punishment after posting a video of herself visiting him in prison on TikTok.

Bear is currently serving a 21-month sentence after being found guilty of voyeurism and of two counts of disclosing private sexual photographs and films with intent to cause distress.

Bear shared a private video of him having sex with his ex-girlfriend Harrison, 28, on his OnlyFans account without her consent.

The pair were filmed having consensual sex on CCTV cameras in Bear’s garden on 2 August 2020 - with Harrison unaware she was being recorded.

Despite all of this, Bear’s fiancée Smith has vowed to stand by him while he serves his sentence and has already visited him inside.

However, she could face legal troubles herself as a result of sharing footage from inside the facility on TikTok.

In the video posted on the video sharing app, Smith invites followers to: "Come with me on a visit to see my boyf."

The footage shows Smith putting the kettle on, before giving her dogs a little treat, brushing her teeth, having a shower, putting on an outfit and performing a 'fit check' because she wants to 'look cute' for Bear.

Smith then shows the outside of the visitors waiting area, before recording herself having 'checked in' with her HMP wristband on.

The last clip of the montage reads: "So good to see him but sad cos I can't see him for another two weeks."

But the clip could be trouble for Smith as it’s an offence to take a photograph or recording inside a prison.

Section F1 40D of the Prison Act 1952 states 'other offences relating to prison security' include: "A person who, without authorisation: (a) takes a photograph, or makes a sound-recording, inside a prison, or (b)transmits, or causes to be transmitted, any image [F2, sound or information] from inside a prison by electronic communications for simultaneous reception outside the prison - is guilty of an offence."

In section F4 part 5, the act continues that if a person is found guilty of 'an offence under this section' they may be liable 'on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years or to a fine (or both)' or 'on summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term not exceeding [F5 the general limit in a magistrates’ court] or to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum (or both)'.
