Stacey Solomon had her day made by husband Joe Swash after he sent her an adorable video he took of her with three of her kids.

The mum of five has gone back to work after welcoming her youngest daughter Belle with husband Joe back in February.

To encourage her on her first day back, Joe sent Stacey a sweet video of her juggling her three youngest kids Belle, Rose, and Rex.

Sharing the sweet text to her Instagram page, Stacey revealed the touching words that Joe had written, and the video he had captured.

"Took this video of you before you went to work," Joe's text read.

"Girls are having a sleep and can't stop watching it.

"Love u bub. Go and smash it today like you smash everything. Just look at you.

"You're our f***ing superwoman. I'm gonna do better with the washing I promise. You won't even know we've worn clothes."

In the caption of her Insta post, Stacey told fans that Joe's adorable acknowledgement made her day.

"Just Because," she wrote. "It was my first day back to filming away since I had Belle and starting a whole new job and this just made my whole day.

"I know this is not a very exciting reel. But it made me smile so much. It really is the little, moments."

She continued: "And yes I’m chomping on a whole boiled egg because I haven’t been able to dip my soldiers in since 2008 when I became a mum."

Fans flooded the comments to let Stacey know that they totally agreed with Joe, and she really was a 'superwoman.'

"If super mum was defined in a video," wrote one fan.

"The juggling act you don't even realise you are doing," raved a second.

"I honestly don't know how you do it!" admitted a third.

And, of course, Joe got in on the love for Stacey, commenting: "Love u bub."

They're just the cutest, aren't they?

Joe is just back from the jungle after returning to I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here for their All Stars season.

Stacey and Joe are couple goals.

While away from his family, Joe couldn't help but get a little emotional, admitting that he was missing Stacey and the kids.

"I am finding this a lot harder than I did the first time around," he admitted while he was living in the jungle.

"I was a different person the first time. This time around, there's so much at home waiting for me.

"You know, everyone wants to do their family proud, and I want to do the same."
