Stacey Solomon Shares Heartbreak On Wedding Day After Sharing First Pictures
Stacey shared how both she and Joe were affected by deaths in their family.
Stacey Solomon has opened up about the heartbreak she experienced with her new husband Joe Swash on their wedding day.
The 32-year-old tied the knot with former EastEnders actor Swash at Pickle Cottage, their home in Essex.
Sharing details about the big day with her 5.3 million followers, Stacey paid tribute to all their loved ones who were unable to attend, particularly Joe’s late father and her own grandfather.

The mum-of-four said: “Joe lost his father at the age of 11 and so did my dad. A huge part of our wedding day was reflecting on how this had a huge effect on them and how hard it is, even to this day to deal with.”
Stacey in turn requested that all media outlets who use the pictures to make a donation to a charity that supports bereaved children as a result.
She added: “These memories are so special to us and it would mean the absolute world to us if they made a difference to children growing up with the loss and heartache that my father and my husband did. Thank you for respecting our wishes. Lots of love Mr & Mrs Solomon-Swash.”
The couple exchanged their vows on Sunday 24 July, in the garden of their Essex home in front of their family and loved ones.
Fans had been waiting with bated breath to see Stacey's final look, after the Loose Women presenter took them along on her journey to find the perfect bridal gown and during her hair transformation.
The bride styled her long and newly blonde locks with a gentle curl, and decorated them with a stunning flower crown attached to a floor-length veil.
Posting a collection of professional photos of she and Joe from the magical day, Stacey wrote: "Forever. Me and My Husband. I don’t think I will ever get used to saying that. It all feels like a dream."
She went on to add a quote from Dr Seuss, which read: “You know you’re in love when you don’t want to fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.”
The TV personality continued: "The most special day that we didn’t ever want to end. We love you all & the special community we’ve built on here so so much and couldn’t wait to share these moments with you.
Stacey wore a beautiful white gown which had a corset top and a princess skirt with a slit up the left-hand side.
