People are shocked to find out the unusual names of Nick Cannon's nine children

Fans are surprised to hear what names Nick Cannon has chosen for his children

People are totally stunned upon discovering the name of Nick Cannon's nine children.

The American television host, actor and comedian is currently expecting baby number ten with Brittany Bell.

This will be the pair's third child together, their first being Golden, age 5, and Powerful Queen, age 19 months.

Cannon, 41, and Bell, 34, have had some mixed reactions regarding the alternative names the couple have picked out for their little ones.

Taking to Twitter, one person questioned: "Why did nick c name his child Powerful queen Cannon??????? He has got to stop!!!"

A second chimed in with equal confusion over the slightly unusual choice of baby names.

"WHO LET NICK CANNON NAME HIS CHILDREN," they posted.

Some took the joke a little further, with one tweeting: "The worst part of nick cannon’s millions of kids is their names omg."

Another wrote: "Nick Cannon made a list of baby names but couldn’t choose a few so he’s decided to just use it as a roster and make ‘em all."

"Nick Cannon is running out of names for his kids, what do you mean he named his newest one 'Legendary Love'" a third chimed in with.

The latest comes just a month after the American actor welcomed his eighth child with Bre Tiesi, 31, whilst he awaits the birth of his ninth child, due in October, with Abby De La Rosa.

While many are flocking to Twitter to call out Cannon's latest baby news, Cannon explained the surprising reason why he won't stop having children.

The actor revealed: “The beauty of fatherhood, man, when you really talk about the essence of living as a father, I’ve learnt so much just from my children. And it’s so amazing."

Nick and Brittany are already parents to Golden, five, and Powerful, one.

“And I really just love being around my kids and just that youthful energy. It feels like you get to relive every time," he concluded.

While Cannon has two children, and expecting a third, with model Brittany Bell - he also shares twins with pop icon Mariah Carey, named Moroccan and Monroe.

Talk about double trouble, Cannon then had another set of twins last year with Abby De La Rosa, named Zion Mixolydian Cannon and Zillion Heir Cannon.

Following the second batch of twins, the 41-year-old then welcomed another baby with model Alyssa Scott, named Zen S Cannon, however, the little one tragically died in December of 2021 following a diagnosis of a rare form of brain cancer.

Nearly up to date now; earlier this year in January, Nick celebrated a gender reveal party with actress Bre Tiesi where the two welcomed their baby boy, named Legendary Love, last month.

Come October of this year, Cannon and Abby De La Rosa (again) are set to welcome Cannon's ninth child - just before Brittany Bell delivers Nick's tenth child a date still unknown.
