Mila Kunis called Ashton Kutcher an 'a**hole' over Demi Moore divorce

Mila Kunis called Ashton Kutcher an 'a**hole' over Demi Moore divorce

She did NOT mince her words...

While many of us may not like talking about our other half’s previous partners, Mila Kunis wasn’t scared to discuss husband Ashton Kutcher’s former relationship with Demi Moore – even calling him out for his behaviour.

Yep, to most of us, exes are the elephant in the room that simply should not be mentioned, but it seems Kunis, 39, has more balls than the rest of us.

She has been married to her That 70s Show co-star Kutcher, 45, since 2015, having started dating in 2012.

The two now have two kids together, a daughter who was born in October 2014 and a son born in November 2016.

But before all that, Kutcher had another high profile marriage when he was with actor Demi Moore, 60, tying the knot in 2005 before separating six years later.

Kutcher eventually filed for divorce in December 2012, citing irreconcilable differences.

In a new interview with Esquire, he has now reflected on the breakup – admitting that during the period that followed, Kunis had told him he was being an ‘a**hole’.

Kutcher, who was 33 at the time, started dating his now-wife a year after the split from Moore, with his new partner being the one to break it to him that his behaviour hadn’t been ideal.

“You were an asshole,” she told him, according to the Punk’d star, who recalled asking her: “Was I...”

Kunis then replied: “Yeah, you were an a**hole for a good two years.”

Kutcher went on to use her comments to work on himself, and ended up falling in love with the woman whose brutal honesty had led to positive change.

“The thing about Mila that made our relationship accelerate was that I always admired her,” he continued.

“Her talents, her skills, her gifts. But I knew she didn’t need me. And she knew that I didn’t need her.”

He also said they ‘knew all of each other’s dirt’, and that his wife was ‘so much cooler’ than him.

Kutcher’s life is now very different to the days he refers to as the ‘a**hole period’, getting up at around 5.30am to work out before cooking his kids’ breakfast alongside Kunis.

Afterwards, they pack up school lunches and drive the children to school, returning home to get to work in their respective home offices.

They keep their lives relatively private, apart from the media frenzy that surrounded Moore’s 2019 memoir.

“I was f**king p**sed,” Kutcher said of the book.

“I’d finally gotten to a place where the press had really laid off me and Mila, and my life and my family. And then the next day, [the paparazzi] are at my kids’ school.”

But he said he now has no hard feelings, adding: “I don’t want to open anything up in that realm.”
