Oliver Proudlock has issued an apology over an 'insensitive' social media post.
The Made in Chelsea star caused backlash earlier this week when he posted a photo on Instagram of himself posing in a loo.
Referring to his pinstriped trousers, Proudlock, 32, captioned the snap on his story: "Boy in tha striped pyjamas." [sic] - prompting an outcry from followers.
“Holocaust but make it fashion," one person responded, while a second posted: “That’s the biggest yikes I’ve seen in a while.”

The caption refers to the 2008 tragedy film of the same name, which tells the story of the Holocaust and Nazi extermination of Jewish people through the eyes of an eight-year-old boy. The 'striped pyjamas' are a reference to the uniforms that prisoners were forced to wear in the concentration camps.
Eton-educated Proudlock has since described his actions as "ignorant" on Instagram.
"I have a massive apology to make regarding a caption for one of my stories yesterday," he wrote.
"I have hurt a lot of people with my badly chosen words and I am so, so sorry. It was incredibly ignorant.

"I always want to set a good example on social media - to spread love, equality and positivity, and yesterday I really let myself and all of you down.
"I am so truly sorry and mortified by my actions."
Proudlock has starred in E4's Made in Chelsea since 2011, joining the cast in the second season.

He chose to leave the show in 2015, having done eight seasons and four years on screen, and has returned to the series on a more casual basis.
He married his partner, Emma Louise-Connolly in December last year, with their big day marred by ongoing restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
That was their fourth attempt to go down the aisle, with their previous ceremonies cancelled thanks to Covid-19.
"I have so much respect for wedding planners," he told Tatler. "The way everyone pulled through was amazing beyond belief."
