Lauren Goodger has shared a picture of herself in the birthing pool during her seven hour labour, as she opened up on the moment she gave birth to her daughter.
The 34-year-old former TOWIE star and partner Charles Drury welcomed their daughter Larose together last month, making them both first-time parents.
And now Lauren is sharing her experiences of welcoming the adorable baby into the world - including the seven hour labour she ended up enduring.

Sharing a photo of herself complete naked in the birthing pool, with emojis protecting her modesty, Lauren wrote: "Happy to answer your questions".
Lauren responded to fans admitting that she was indeed "scared" of labour, but added that she "couldn't care less" about the fact she was naked.
"I was in and out of the water in all positions," she said, explaining that she dealt with the contractions by focusing on the end goal.

"Each one brought me closer to my daughter," she said.
Divulging what position she was in when her daughter, Larose, was finally born, Lauren said: "The last part, I pushed her out standing up."
Lauren has been candid about her daughter's birth from the offset, also previously telling followers that the placenta was "bigger than the baby" and came out "looking like a stingray".

She said that she was "lucky" not to end up tearing, telling followers that the pain was excruciating and she "felt like [she] was about to die".
However, Lauren said it was all worth it to welcome the newborn - who is named after her - and she was "really proud" once it was finally over.
New parents Lauren and Charlie only confirmed their romance publicly in October, and her pregnancy came three months later.
While Charlie has remained coy about whether wedding bells are in their immediate future, the couple seem smitten, and he added that he plans to propose to her "in good time".
