BREAKING: Kristen Stewart Announces Engagement To Girlfriend Dylan Meyer

Congratulations are in order for Kristen Stewart, as she revealed her girlfriend of two years has proposed.

The 31-year-old, who is set to star in upcoming release Spencer, has announced she is expected to tie the knot with screenwriter Dylan Meyer after she recently got down on one knee.

Speaking on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show, former Twilight star Kristen explained: “We’re marrying, we’re totally gonna do it. 

“I wanted to be proposed to, so I think I very distinctly carved out what I wanted and she nailed it. We’re marrying, it’s happening.”

Kristen, who previously dated her Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, met girlfriend Dylan on a movie set in 2013.

But the pair’s friendship blossomed into a romance in August 2019, just months after Kristen was thought to have rekindled her relationship with ex-girlfriend Stella Maxwell.

Kristen has been looking to tie the knot to Dylan for over a year now, having previously told Stern that she “couldn’t f***ing wait” to propose herself.

Speaking in 2019, she told the disc jockey: “I think good things happen fast.

“I have a couple plans that are, like, just the coolest things to do. It's pretty undeniable. When you know, you know. You know what I mean?”

She continued: “There is nothing like feeling sure about anything, because we don't know anything. And that is the only thing you can feel like you know, is that if you're in love with someone.”

While Kristen is notoriously private, and does not have any social media profiles, she has cropped up on some of Dylan’s posts on Instagram.

 

Celebrating her beau’s 30^th birthday in April last year, Dylan gushed: “It’s my absolute favourite persons birthday and I’m wishing everyone the volume of beautiful feeling I feel toward her.

"It’s a short ride on this earth, spend your time with someone that inspires you to be the best version of yourself and lights your sh** on fire.”
