Viewers were given more than they bargained for in the latest episode of The Kardashians this week when Kourtney Kardashian and Travis had a very NSFW conversation in a fertility clinic.
The couple are documenting their baby journey on the Hulu reality series as they prepare to expand their blended family.
A nurse in the fertility clinic requested semen samples following the egg retrieval process.

Travis was asked to provide a semen sample in a cup by the nurse and the Blink-182 drummer, who was crouching between Kourtney’s legs, replied: “Is there any specifics?”
The nurse responded, gesturing towards Kourtney: “Just know, none of your bodily fluids”.
The conversation took an awkward turn when the Poosh founder asked: “Is there anything, like no spit or anything like that? Ok…”
After giving Travis the look, the pair laughed hysterically. The mum-of-three added: “Could he use like his spit, or no spit?”
Travis giggled as the Nurse replied: “No spit. Just for lab purposes.”
Kourtney eventually gave Travis the sample cup and teased: “This is for you. Don’t contaminate it.”
She then urged the camera crew to leave the room: “This is where you guys have to go," she quipped. "We’ll take our mics off.”
Fans took to social media to air their grievances about the scene. One viewer shared: “The IVF scene gave me second hand embarrassment for the nurse. Travis and Kourtney were behaving weird when the nurse said to provide Travis sample.”
Another unimpressed fan shared a meme of former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Nene Leakes grimacing. They tweeted: “Travis always so goddamn intense and clingy like why was he feeling up on Kourtney and staring at her like that with the nurse still in the room ?!?!!”
A third fan wrote: “Yeah I was so annoyed on that nurse’s behalf watching that scene. Grow up and keep it together for two mins”.
One Twitter user criticised the scene and shared the green puke emoji with the tweet: “Omg Travis doing a sperm sample and Kourtney asking that poor girl if it can have spit in it. I gagged.”
Another fan shared the same emoji and wrote: “Kourtney and Travis in the fertility clinic talking about sperm samples and whether her spit is allowed in his sample or not is making me DIE TMI guys.”
The Kardashians continues next Thursday on Disney+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.
