It’s only been a week since fans lost their minds watching Kim Kardashian teetering up The Met steps dressed in Marilyn Monroe’s iconic dress.
Following the fashion moment, Kim, 41, gave her followers a behind-the-scenes look of her visit to Ripley’s Believe It Or Not in Orlando last month where the garment is housed by conservators. Although the clip is supposed to be all about the dress, people have been hilariously distracted by Kim’s interaction with boyfriend Pete Davidson – and more importantly him trying to awkwardly hold her hand'. Watch the moment below:
In the clip, Pete is seen sporting a plaid shirt and navy baseball cap, with another cap over the top of it.

Unbeknownst to the SNL star, Kim’s eyes are focused on his headgear and as she reached her hand towards his head to take off the cap, the comedian misjudged the interaction, grabbing her hand instead as if it was a high five.
However, the SKIMS founder immediately let’s go of his grip and playfully tells 28-year-old Pete: “Take the double hat off.”
Kim’s entourage are heard laughing as Pete lifts it off his head and says: “I didn’t know where to put my hat.”
Gesturing to an assistant, Kim tells him: “She’ll hold it… Just in case. Because if it works and we want to use this somewhere. Just if I want to post any behind the scenes.”
Pete sarcastically responds: “Oh you don’t want me to have a double hat? I appreciate that. Thank you.”
Smiling, Kim adds: “I’m just looking out for you,” to which Pete responds: “No it’s cool.”
A member of Kim’s crew then offers to take Pete’s hat for him, and he hands it over, joking: “Thank you man. This hat has caused a lot of trouble.”
The awkward exchange in the now-viral clip hasn’t gone unnoticed, with one fan commenting: “The way she tries to take the hat off and he thinks she’s going for a hi 5”.
Others joked that the moment is like 'a mom-son interaction', while another ribbed: “How does a fourth sibling feel North?”, referencing Kim’s eldest daughter with ex Kanye West.
Despite the joking online, many of her fans have commented on how 'cute' and 'sweet' the pair are.
