Khloé Kardashian has defended her decision to have long nails with a baby.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, who is a proud mama of her five-year-old daughter True, and son Tatum, who is just 11 months, has been blasted for her signature long nails with many asking how on earth she is able to carry out her parental duties with such lengthy claws.

However, it's clear the negative comments don't faze Khloé who has since revealed she has no plans on trimming down the talons any time soon.

When asked by Refinery29 last month (24 June) whether she prefers long nails or short nails, the social media star turned 'long nail queen' claimed: "Long nails until I die."

Well, that's a pretty definitive answer.

In the short video interview, Khloé then showed her current nails which seem to be significantly less extravagant than her usual go-to style, explaining: "Well, my nails are medium right now and it's killing me!"

One Instagram user has since asked: "How do you change a diaper with those nails?" and it seems like they're not the only one curious about how Khloé navigates the demands of motherhood with those hefty acrylics.

Many fans have questioned how on earth Khloé is able to carry out her parental duties with such lengthy claws.

Speaking to James Corden back in 2021, the Good American businesswoman revealed: "Everyone is so fascinated by the length of my nails."

Cordon, like the rest of the internet, then asked Khloé: "How do you change a diaper?"

"The same way I can groom myself," she replied. "I can groom another person."

The social media personality went on to inform Cordon and the audience that she did in fact file down her nails into a less-pointy square shape when True was just a little tot.

The mum-of-two previously said its 'annoying' when people ask about her nails.

And it's clear such criticism isn't anything new for the mum-of-two as she has previously responding to backlash about her nails on Twitter.

Back in 2019, she wrote: "It’s annoying when people talk about my nails. Trust me, I manage just fine. The same way I take care of myself, I take care of my baby.

"There are more serious things to discuss. At least I would hope."

Other fans, however, seem to support Khloé's controversial choice of manicure, with one Twitter user writing: "Everyday I'm shocked that Khloé Kardashian hasn't launched a nail line, something like 'Klaws by Khloé' or 'Khloé Klaws' because I honestly know nobody who has bomb nails than Khloé."

"Khloé Kardashian's nails are always pretty! She always switches it up," quipped another.
