Jessie J has shared an adorable clip of her dad overcome with emotion after cuddling his new grandson Sky.
To mark Father’s Day over the weekend, the 'Price Tag' singer posted a sweet video of her dad Stephen Cornish holding baby Sky, who was born last month.
In the clip, proud grandfather Stephen can be seen cuddling into tiny Sky and gently rubbing his back as he becomes emotional and appears to have tears in his eyes. Ahh.
Captioning the clip, Jessie - whose real name Jessica Cornish - wrote: “Video says it all. Happy Father's / Grandads day Dad. Man, I'm so lucky.
“He just kept saying, 'I'm just so happy for you, I know how much you have always wanted this'. His 5th grandchild.”
Jessie revealed she had given birth on 19 May, saying at the time that her newborn son was ‘all my dreams come true’.
In a statement announcing his birth, Jessie said: "A week ago my whole life changed. My son entered this world and my heart grew twice the size.
"The feeling is indescribable. I am flying in love. He is magic. He is all my dreams come true."
The post went on to reveal both she and her son are 'doing great'.
"I am so grateful phew *happy tears*. For all of you that have followed my journey to this moment, thank you for all your continued love and support.
"I will back on Instagram when I'm ready."
Earlier this month, Jessie revealed that she and partner Chanan Safir Colman had settled on a name for the baby: Sky Safir Cornish Colman.
Since giving birth, Jessie has been praised for keeping it real about pregnancy and being a new mum.
Opening up about how her birth wasn’t exactly what she’d expected, she wrote on Instagram that she had 'spent nine months prepping for a natural birth', only to be told to 'have a planned C-section for the safest birth' instead.
In an Instagram post, she wrote: “I knew full well it could and would most likely go in a completely different direction.
“When people asked me ‘So what’s your birth plan’ I said ‘I am open to surrendering to the safest way for my baby boy to arrive’.
“I had a scan at a few days off of 40 weeks and he was completely the wrong way around and stuck as he was a little chunkier than your average and long.
"I did everything to try and turn him for 2 months but he said ‘Nah mum I wanna make an entrance out the roof, not the front door’.”
She added: “I went into active labour the night before and feeling all the feels but mostly just excitement for us to meet our baby boy.
“I guess I’m sharing this because so many people have said ‘Do you feel like you missed out on the birth you wanted?’
“I had a birth and it was everything I wanted because I got him at the end of it, that’s all that matters.”
