Jennifer Lawrence has finally addressed the rumours she had an affair with her The Hunger Games co-star Liam Hemsworth.
During an appearance on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live yesterday (26 June), chat turned to Miley Cyrus’ (now iconic) song ‘Flowers’.
After the release of the music video, plenty of fans began gossiping up ideas that there’s references to suggest Liam, 33, had a bit of a thing with Jennifer, 32, while he was supposed to be with the Hannah Montana icon.
Miley, 30, and Liam got engaged in 2012 but called it off in 2013. Then, towards the end of 2018, we were surprised by the singer with snaps of their secret wedding.

But sadly, the celebrity couple filed for a divorced in 2019.
On the day of Liam’s birthday this year (12 January), Miley perfectly dropped ‘Flowers’ and we all went into a frenzy.
In the music video, Miley struts around in a gorgeous gold dress from Saint Laurent’s autumn/winter 1991 collection.

And fans were quick to point out just how similar it was to a gold gown Jennifer wore to The Hunger Games premiere way back in 2012.
Although Miley has never actually publicly mentioned Jennifer or accused her of a fling with Liam during her marriage, a lot of fans think this fashion choice was some serious shade.
So finally getting us her side of it all, host Cohen asked Jennifer if there really was something between the film stars.
And she made her side pretty clear: “Not true. Total rumour. We all know we only kissed one time and it was years after they broke up so I just assumed that was a coincidence.”

Keeping things honest with fans, Jennifer admitted back in 2015 on Cohen’s show that she and Liam did share a kiss off-camera.
Jennifer went on to explain she does get tempted to respond to rumours about her, adding: “If five people at a party think you slept with somebody's boyfriend it's really upsetting. And then you multiply it by, I'm not good at the math, eight billion.”
The world’s highest-paid actress in 2015 and 2016 appeared in The Hunger Games movies as Katniss Everdeen with Liam as love interest Gale Hawthorne between 2012 and 2015.

Jennifer is currently the star of new R-rated comedy No Hard Feelings where she plays struggling Maddie, who is asked by a wealthy couple to ‘date’ their awkward 19-year-old son. And to really ‘date him hard’.
She’s said this kind of film could be her new ‘sweet spot’ and it’s no surprise as the hilarious hit is being raved about by critics and viewers.
Jennifer has been married to Cooke Maroney since 2019 and the couple share one-year-old son Cy.
