Well, it seems that there most definitely is a tip, or two, that Aniston has been kind enough to share with her adoring fans.

Not so much of a secret and more of a friendly piece of guidance, the actor has long-since championed the natural beauty movement.

Alongside this, the Along Came Polly actor has outlined a strict policy of 'no-tox'.

"I believe in ‘no-tox," she told InStyle back in 2014.

"It absolutely distorts people's faces and you end up actually having the opposite effect.

"You look older, in my opinion, when you can’t move and don’t let your natural expressions have their way."

The Break-Up star also spoke to Vogue about her number one trick she swears by to maintain her healthy complexion.

Drum roll please...

Collagen supplements.

Aniston is now the face of Vital Proteins - brand that seeks to 'help people feel better and live fuller lives through high-quality nutrition products promoting natural beauty'.

Vouching for the impressive effects of Vital Proteins, the actor - who is also now the company's Chief Creative Officer - stated: "I don’t want to be the face of something if it’s not a part of my daily routine. That’s really important to me."

The official website breaks down Aniston's routine: "My go-to collagen routine is adding Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides in my morning cup of coffee or smoothie – so easy to use."

Noticing benefits in not just her skin, Aniston added: "My joints, my nails, my hair, my skin, everything just started to improve."

The star even picked up on a 'mental difference' after taking the collagen supplements.

Aniston added that ageing was far from a thing to be hidden or shunned and was to be celebrated instead.

She said: "It’s just sort of been a theme in my life: to enjoy the age I am and not look at ageing as a negative, but as the privilege that it is.

"We all age!"
