First Pictures Of Britney Spears And Sam Asghari's Wedding Revealed

The first pictures of Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's wedding have been revealed after the pair tied the knot in Los Angeles. 

Six years after first meeting, Spears and Asghari made officially wed with a ceremony at their secluded Thousand Oaks home on Thursday (9 June), for which the singer was dressed in a white Versace gown with a slit up one leg.

Charlotte and Sofia Tilbury worked on Spears' makeup for the day, with Charlotte saying she was 'thrilled and honored to be asked to design Britney’s bridal beauty look'. Meanwhile, Asghari looked just as sophisticated in a tuxedo, also designed by Versace.

Spears and Asghari got engaged in September 2021 and planned their wedding with the help of celebrity event producer Jeffrey Best, of Best Events.

Speaking to Vogue about the event, Spears said the couple wanted to make their wedding a 'small and beautiful moment with family and friends'. "We wanted warm and feminine colors including blush, white, cream, and gold, and a lot of various shades of pinks, blush, and reds," she continued.

Spears' wedding ring features a stack of two bands to pair with her engagement ring, while Sam opted for two platinum bands to mark the occasion.

The family and friends invited to celebrate with Spears and Asghari included the likes of Madonna, Selena Gomez, Drew Barrymore, Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, Kathy Hilton, Maria Menounos, Ansel Elgort, will.i.am, and Donatella Versace, Vogue reports.

Before the ceremony could begin, however, proceedings were disrupted by an unexpected appearance from Spears' ex-husband Jason Alexander, who is said to have gatecrashed the wedding.

Alexander was arrested for his appearance, with Ventura County Sheriff's Department confirming to the PA Media news agency an altercation had taken place with security officers.

The alleged gatecrasher was charged with four misdemeanour offences of trespassing, battery and vandalism.

A spokesperson commented: "He was able to find his way onto the property and was confronted by security. An altercation occurred with the security officers and that's where the battery occurred... and during the altercation an item was broken, so that's where the vandalism comes into play. And by being on private property, the trespass comes into play."

After Spears and Asghari tied the knot, Spears joined Gomez and Madonna in a dance to the song 'Toxic', followed by a rendition of the song 'Stars Are Blind' given alongside Paris Hilton.
