While Sunday is a rest day for a lot of us, Victoria Beckham was in no mood for stopping as she hit the gym with husband David.
As I'm trying to finish off my Easter eggs, the fashion designer went for a gruelling workout in her home gym.
The 49-year-old took to Instagram to document a picture from her exercise routine for her 30 million fans to see.

She showcased her physique in a black crop top and leggings while flexing her abs in the mirror.
To complete her look, Victoria sported a pair of white and pink trainers while she tied her hair back into a ponytail.
But what you'll certainly notice in the background of the snap while Victoria is doing a bench dip is her husband David Beckham.

Victoria pointed out her husband with a little arrow on her story and two laughing face emojis.
David was seen in the gym flexing his athletic physique while he took the photo of his wife working out.
Only the top half of David is seen in the photo, which is completely bare, as the bottom half of the former footballer is blocked by his wife.
This had led to some fans of the celebrity couple speculating that David might actually be 'naked' in the photo.

Beside from that sight, Victoria added some text overlay to explain to her followers exactly what she was doing in her gym.
The former Spice Girl wrote: "I'm in my strength training phase!
"Before and after every session it's key to mobilise and stretch. Recovery is as important as the work itself!"

She added: "I follow with my training session which I vary day-to-day to focus on different areas of the body.
"Today I'm working on my upper body strength with a combination of resistance-based exercises."
Victoria also gave an insight into what she consumes while she is working out.
She revealed that she takes a protein shake with her, alongs with a banana and a handful of nuts.

It comes after Victoria revealed that she has recently undergone laser resurfacing that will apparently mean she is 'not going to age anymore'.
The treatment, which can cost up to £2,000, is an advanced skin rejuvenation treatment which aims to remove fine lines, wrinkles and tighten skin.
