The serious-looking feline who can be seen glaring straight at the camera is Grace’s 12-year-old cat, Harvey.

"POV: your cat is trying to kill your baby," the caption reads, and with the clip racking up over 700,000 views and 144,800 likes, it’s clear that social media users think the video of the four-legged scene stealer hilarious.

"I’m actually in tears I have been laughing at this for about 15 minutes," said one TikTok user.

"That cat is relatable," wrote another user.

"Cat’s looking at the baby like 'excuse me! That’s my seat!'" wrote one person.

"The last one - I’m literally scared," commented one more user.

This is not the first time someone has noticed Harvey’s peculiar glare.

Grace's mum, Emma, 48, pointed out Harvey’s funny expression whilst she was trying to take a picture of her month-old granddaughter.

"Harvey was just staring at my mum, which she found funny so she took the photo," Grace said..

"The whole family couldn’t stop laughing and from then on, anytime he was in the background (which was quite often) and was staring like usual, we would take a picture and share it in the family group chat.

"The last picture in the video is my favourite because I actually didn’t notice him in the background until after the picture was taken.

"Harvey is such a funny cat, he does so many things that are just bizarre.

"I constantly find myself laughing at the things he does so this was just another one of them occasions."

Despite her TikTok caption, Grace is not seriously worried about Harvey and Emilia’s relationship.

"I can honestly say I’m not worried at all about my cat's relationship with my daughter,” she added.

"Harvey is the softest most friendly cat ever, he wouldn’t intentionally hurt or intimidate anyone he just wants fuss and cuddles!

"Away from the camera, Harvey is just fine with Emilia; to be honest if anything he’s not really bothered by her.

"So there is absolutely no concern at all, and if there was I obviously wouldn’t post a TikTok like that.

"I’m just glad that the video has made people smile and am very overwhelmed with the lovely comments about both Harvey and Emilia!"
