Married at First Sight UK star Luke Dawson has shocked fans by revealing the pictures from his second hair transplant surgery.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Luke accompanied the pictures with a long caption to explain his decision to have another hair transplant - calling the process 'extremely nerve-wracking'.
"So everyone here's my update. Doing well, I'm not looking great right now, but in time I'll be feeling better than ever," he said.

"I have had so many messages asking me who and why I went with who I went with, the answer is because I did my research due to how complex, specialised and personal the procedure is, as I've had one done before I wanted to ensure my hair got fixed."
He finished his post by promising to keep his followers updated with his recovery.
Luke’s followers took to the comments to offer the care home manager and certified firefighter well wishes.
One woman said: “Rest up and take care! Xx”
Another follower congratulated Luke for being open with his followers. “Love that you are so open about hair loss which in turn will help so many others,” she said.

A third Instagram user commented: “Looks so sore hope you feel better soon x”
And a fourth shared: “Take it easy Luke. Sending lots of love”.
Last week, Luke revealed he decided to get another hair transplant after watching himself on episodes of the hit E4 dating show.
"Hi everyone, as many of you are aware I once had a hair transplant," he said in the caption.

The former care home manager and firefighter from Cardiff first appeared in series six of Married At First Sight.

He became a fan favourite with his then-wife, Morag. Towards the end of the series, the pair admitted that Luke was more into his bride than vice versa, and it was revealed in the reunion that they decided to separate.
