Woman who absolutely hates her tattoos says if she looks at them she'll cry

The TikToker who got her tattoos when she was 20 massively regrets them.

It seems the famous 'no ragrets' tattoo isn't the only tattoo that people might actually regret, as one woman says that just one look at her ink is enough to make her cry. Watch what she had to say below:

Tattoo regret is a real thing and according to a 600-person survey by Advanced Dermatology, 78 percent of people regret at least one of their tattoos.

And 63 percent of people with a tattoo smaller than the palm of their hand regret it, while only 2 percent of people with full-sleeves, or more, regret inking up.

However, Jade Amber - who got seven tattoos in her early 20s - can't look at them for too long without tearing up.

The influencer took to TikTok to explain why she wants some of her tattoos removed.

"I can't look at those tattoos for two long or I will cry, does anyone else have tattoo regret?? [sic]" she captioned the viral video.

Jade explained her frustration: "Y'all, can we please talk about tattoo regret, because I hate these tattoos.

"I hate them. I hate them, I hate them.

"This is not me. These are so in your face."

Pointing to her tattoos on her arm, she added: "I like this one, I like this one, I like my Playboy one, but this - oh my gosh.

"I don't know what I was thinking when I was 20-years-old and I got seven tattoos in under a year.

"This is your sign - if you want a tattoo and you've never gotten a tattoo or whatever, and you think your tattoo addiction has just started, wait two years before you get that tattoo.

"If you still want it in two years, okay, by all means, get the tattoo. But I want these removed from my body.

"Everyone's like, ‘oh they're not that bad’, but, this is not me, though."

Pointing to her red dragon inking on her upper arm, she said: "What is that? What is that? Look at that.

"Like, why am I even showing my arm like that right now?

"Look at the scales. What is that?

"I would rather not have it. It's just too much? Like, no. I used to say whenever I was getting these, ‘yeah, I want sleeves, I want neck tattoos’ - no, send her back.

"I normally like wearing long sleeves anyways, but long sleeves also help because of this situation.

"I was literally spiralling the other day going through my pictures, like, ‘what did I do?'"

Many others took to the comments in agreement, telling Jade that they 'felt' her frustration.

One person said: "I know how you feel I regret it so much I’m getting mine removed next year."

"And this is exactly why I will never get a tattoo," another viewer commented.

While another commenter who works in the 'tattoo industry' suggested to anyone thinking of getting some ink to choose 'something with true meaning'.

"It's hard to regret meaningful pieces." they said.
