A 68-year-old woman has shocked the internet with her alleged before and after plastic surgery transformation.
A cosmetic surgeon in Turkey took to TikTok to share a handful of pictures that they claimed to have been taken of one patient before and after the results of a number of facial surgeries.
The surgery practice in question, which is located in Istanbul, boasts it is the 'Best Facial Plastic Surgery Clinic in Istanbul' and left the internet baffled by the 'insane' transformation.
The short clip shows three separate before and after couplet shots taken from a head-on, right profile and left profile angle.

The first photos shows the patient's face with some very normal signs of ageing - which are totally natural by the way - while the second shots, which were allegedly taken after several surgeries, show the woman looking like an almost entirely different person altogether.
"Our lovely patient Miss Dilek after 2 years of rhinoplasty face lift and blepharoplasty surgeries.. I wait your comments," the TikTok caption reads.
The surgeries in question have been reported to have been done by Dr May.
The video has since clocked up more than 85k views and over 4k likes in just the three days since it was posted with dozens upon dozens of comments from people eager to share their reactions to the 'insane' transformation.

One TikTok user penned: "She literally became 15 years younger. Insane!"
"Whatttt no wayyy," hit out a second.
A third jokingly asked: "What sorcery is this?"

"This is so crazy bro," exclaimed a fourth clearly stunned TikTok user.
A fifth revealed: "I am tripping cause ain't no way a scalpel did this?"
Others, however, clearly weren't convinced that the before and after comparison shots were the same person with one TikTok user claiming: "That’s the mum and daughter no way that’s her."
"Two different people," quipped a second non-believer.

A third sceptic quipped: "That’s her daughter."
Another social media user commented: "Of all the things that never happened, this never happened the most."
A fifth doubter added: "Not the same person."
"No it's just mama and daughter," echoed a final TikTok user.
