This is the dream.

Anyone who had a treehouse when they were younger will tell you that it felt like an absolute palace.

But Redwood Tree Haus takes things one step further, offering a luxury treehouse experience that is sure to eclipse your childhood woodland abode.

Located in Texas, US, the property, listed on Airbnb, elevates the humble treehouse to a whole new level.

The treehouse is the place of dreams (

It's surrounded by a stunning outdoor saltwater pool and has a swim-up bar and a cabana which is shared between four other treehouse properties.

Plus, there's even a playground for the kids and a barbecue should you want to make the most of the unique space in summer.

The treehouse fits up to eight people, meaning it's the perfect choice for a family holiday, or a trip away with a large group of friends.

A ten minute drive from the city of New Braunfels, the property has a huge stretching living area with wooden walls and floors and a fully fitted kitchen with the same cute wooden decor.

The front room has two twin beds and a fold out sofa, while there are also two bedrooms with comfy double beds for the ultimate VIP stay.

Plus, theres a large tree in the middle of the property, with a TV attached to it (natch, it's 2020 after all).

The Airbnb is situated near attractions such as Schlitterbahn Waterpark, Gruene & Gruene Hall, and Floating the Rivers.

Plus, there are plenty of clothing stores, wineries and restaurants nearby, too.

As for us? We'll just be staying in the treehouse all day, tbh.

If you want to book a stay in this dreamy abode you had better be quick, as it's filling up fast.

While there is the odd weekend available over the next couple of months, you'll have to wait until September before you can stay at the property for more than three days.

Prices start at £271 per night, but can be anywhere up to £400 if you're visiting towards the end of summer.
