Tara Reid said she's 'recovering' and is 'willing to prosecute' after claiming she was drugged at a hotel bar in Chicago over the weekend.
The American Pie actress, 50, was seen being moved from the hotel lobby to an ambulance on Sunday in footage obtained by TMZ. She was reportedly then taken to a nearby hospital.
The alarming footage showed the celebrity swaying, unable to stand, and being pushed through the hotel lobby in a wheelchair.
A representative for Reid told The Independent in a statement: "Tara Reid has filed a police report after an incident in which she believes her drink was tampered with.

"She is cooperating fully with the investigation. Tara is recovering and asks for privacy during this traumatic time."
It continued: "She also urges everyone to be careful, watch your drinks and never leave them unattended, as this can happen to anyone. She will not be making further comments at this stage."

Page Six has since obtained a police report filed with the Rosemont Public Safety Department by Reid.

Reid reportedly stated she was staying at the DoubleTree hotel in Rosemont, Ill., for a celebrity signing and there 'were a whole bunch of YouTubers in the lobby'.
The report stated: “The whole thing was suspicious but she didn’t know what was going on."
Reid says she ordered a glass of white wine and was then approached by a man who claimed to be a successful influencer.
She went outside to smoke a cigarette with him and claims she saw a napkin over her drink, with the last thing she remembers being a couple sitting down next to them.

Reid allegedly stated: "The next thing I remember was I was waking up in the hospital around eight hours or more later not knowing where I was or anything that happened.
"I completely blacked out with no recollection of anything."

The actress recalled that her agent picked her up from the hospital after they said she was free to go, and had been trying to file a police report since the worrying incident but didn’t know how to do so from Los Angeles.

She stated: "The guy I had the cigarette with texted me the videos of me the next day I thought he was trying to extort saying he could stop the videos going out and he also told me I called security on him and he also confirmed that I only had one drink. I am willing to prosecute."
Rosemont Public Safety Department Lieutenant Joseph Balogh told Page Six that they responded to an EMS related incident on Sunday at 12:39 a.m.
He said: "Trained patrol officers assisted Rosemont paramedics with patient care for a sick person call. The patient was transported to a local area hospital and no additional reports were created that day."
Balogh said they spoke with Reid on Tuesday (25 November) and an online report was submitted and noted that they are in communication with the hotel to gather video surveillance', and are committed to investigating this incident fully'.

Reid claimed to TMZ that doctors at the hospital did not perform a blood alcohol test, adding: "They just said that you were drugged. That’s what they said. They said, ‘You got drugged last night at the bar'."
She also doesn't know what she was allegedly drugged with, as she 'didn't ask' after being tested.
“It was all kind of vague. Like, it was all blurry. … I can’t even explain it because I don’t even know what happened,” Reid explained.
DoubleTree Hotel in Rosemont said in a statement to Tyla: "Rosemont is aware of reports regarding an incident at the hotel this past Saturday. As soon as hotel staff observed a potential health concern involving a guest, our trained security team assisted and arranged for medical support.
