Prince Louis has officially turned eight!
The youngest child of Prince William and Kate Middleton, alongside Prince George, 12, and Princess Charlotte, 10, is celebrating his birthday today (23 April).
And his parents have celebrated by sharing a new official photo to commemorate the big day, as well as a home video montage, giving fans a rare glimpse into the life of the Royal Family.
Taking to Instagram, the Prince and Princess of Wales wrote: "Thank you for all the birthday wishes for Prince Louis. 8 is great!"

The video is a slideshow of sweet memories with music playing in the background, showing Louis digging a sandcastle on the beach and jumping off a boat to go swimming in the sea in a wetsuit.
It also includes clips of the youngster playing cricket and running along the sand, with all of the videos seemingly being taken on the same trip.

Fans penned in the comments on social media: "A lovely video. Happy Birthday Louis! Hope you have a fabulous day" and "He’s the sweetest! Happy birthday, Prince Louis!"
While a third gushed: "Watching him grow from a toddler to an 8-year-old has been wonderful."

As mentioned, it comes after Kate and William shared a new birthday portrait of the young prince.
According to ITV's Royal Editor Chris Ship, the photo was 'taken on a family holiday in Cornwall earlier this year' by photographer Matt Porteous.
In the picture, Louis is standing next to the sea, leaning on a railing with his arms folded, in a navy blue jumper - and fans couldn't get over how quickly he's growing up.
One fan quipped: "What a beautiful picture!! Thank you for surprising us with it! He isn’t a baby anymore, happy birthday, Prince Louis! I hope you will have a super fun day with your beloved family and will have a wonderful new year! We all love you."
Others pointed out how much he looks like his older brother Prince George, who will become a teenager in July, writing: "For a moment I thought it was George!!" and "Happy birthday Louis, he looks like George and Kate."
