The wife of an Australian man who is claiming to be the lovechild of King Charles III and Queen Camilla has spoken out on a 'trusted source' who could help prove his claims.

Queensland man, Simon Charles Dorante-Day, was born in the UK back in 1966 and was adopted at eight months old, with both of his adoptive grandparents previously working for the Queen and Prince Philip.

The 58-year-old has become pretty well known on the internet following his claims that Charles and Camilla’s relationship began a year before his birth, with the latter allegedly keeping him until he was eight months old and hiding him from the rest of the world after being conceived in 1965, when the King was just 17 years old, according to 7 News.

Now despite the fact that, according to official records, the Royal duo didn't meet until five years later in the early seventies, Simon remains convinced that he bears some resemblance Charles and Camilla who rekindled their public relationship in the early noughties before tying the knot in 2005.

So much so, that he even has a Facebook account wholly set up to prove his heritage, upon which he shares regular updates with his supporters and photos.

And recently, Simon took it upon himself to share further 'evidence' he is related to Charles and Camilla.

And the latest update in the saga, Simon and his wife, Elvianna, claim they’ve been told by a 'trusted source' that Prince Harry could help them 'gather proof' to solidify the claims.

Speaking to 7NEWS.com.au, Elvianna said: "We got advice from a really good, really trusted source that we should approach Harry and make a connection there and ask for DNA."

Simon then added: "I was really taken aback when he said that. But it’s definitely something I’m going to do. I’ve long been a supporter of Harry and Meghan, I think it’s disgraceful the way they’ve been treated by the royal family.

"The way they are treated on social media too, it’s just one big 'Punch-Meghan-and-Harry-a-thon', seriously. It’s really starting to annoy me."

The Aussie continued: "So I’m going to make contact with him and explore this as an opportunity. At the end of the day, I feel like he just might be as keen as I am to expose what Charles and Camilla and the powers that be have done to me. The injustice.

"It’s worth me pointing out that Charles and Camilla, Buckingham Palace, the entire royal family - not one of them has ever said my claims are not true. "They’ve never denied what I believe, told me I’m wrong. And I think their silence speaks volumes."

Tyla has previously contacted Buckingham Palace for comment.
