Kate Middleton has shared an emotional new video on social media to mark Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK.
In the video, which includes intimate moments between Kate and Prince William as they spent time together outdoors, the Princess of Wales discusses her mental health journey and connection to nature.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), she wrote: "This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we are celebrating humanity’s longstanding connection to nature, and its capacity to inspire us and help us to heal and grow in mind, body and spirit.

"As we confront the challenges of an increasingly complex and digital world, the importance of the connection between humanity and nature takes on even more significance.

"The Mother Nature series is a reminder and reflection of the beauty and complexity of the human experience. It is a tribute to the lessons we can learn from nature, helping us to foster our own growth, strengthen our bonds with the world around us and each other."
"Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary," the 43-year-old said in the clip. "The natural world's capacity to inspire us, to nurture us and to help us heal and grow is boundless and has been understood for generations."

This comes after she underwent treatment for cancer in 2024.

Kate can be seen crouching down beside a field of purple flowers, before being joined by her husband as the pair walk through a forest together.
Later in the video, the couple - who got married in 2011 - stand together in a field with flowers and share an embrace while standing in front of a lake with mountains in the background.
"Spring is the season of rebirth, of hope and new beginnings," she says. "From the dark days of winter, the outside world quietly awakens with new life and there comes a sense of optimism, anticipation and positive, hopeful change."

And the sweet video has left royal fans feeling rather emotional.
One X user commented below Kate's post: "Our eyes filled with tears… This world is more hopeful because of hearts like yours, Princess Catherine. To unite the quiet compassion of nature with the depth of the human soul — this was not just a message, but a heartfelt call to all of humanity."
Another wrote: "I found this so incredibly moving and inspiring."
And a third said: "I must have PMS because that made me tear up. Thanks for this beautiful message, Princess."
