The White House has responded to rumours that Donald Trump has been hospitalised.
Reports started to spread on Saturday that Trump, 79, was under medical care.
The whispers claimed the president had been admitted to the Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda at the weekend.
White House communications director Steven Cheung shared a post on X in response to the claims, which followed months of concerns for Trump's health after he was spotted with bruising and swollen veins.

Cheung wrote: "There has never been a President who has worked harder for the American people than President Trump. On this Easter weekend, he has been working nonstop in the White House and Oval Office."
"God Bless him," he added.
The White House also responded in a more blunt fashion on social media, using the Rapid Response 47 X account to hit back at the rumours.

The account shared a photo a CBS reporter had posted of the White House with the caption "A Marine sentry is standing at the door of the West Wing as of 1:50pm, indicating the president is working inside."
Rapid Response 47 replied: “Deranged liberals cook up insane conspiracy theories when POTUS goes 12 hours without speaking to press. (They said nothing when Biden routinely went 12 days without speaking to press)"
They continued: "Fear not! President Trump literally never stops working."
Trump has been busy posting on Truth Social, including an expletive-laden rant against Iran.
Eyebrows were raised when he posted: "Tuesday will be Power Plant Day, and Bridge Day, all wrapped up in one, in Iran. There will be nothing like it!!! Open the f****** Strait, you crazy b*******, or you'll be living in Hell - JUST WATCH! Praise be to Allah. President DONALD J. TRUMP"
Another post reads: "Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out — 48 hours before all Hell will reign down on them. Glory be to GOD! President DONALD J. TRUMP."
Later that day, on Saturday afternoon, he wrote: "If you import The Third World, you become The Third World!’ – AND THAT’S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN TO THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AS LONG AS I AM PRESIDENT. PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP.”
Rumours began after unverified social media posts alleged there were road and airspace closures around and above the medical centre, which is mostly used for presidential treatment.
Nothing was confirmed or officially reported.
