JD Vance's Halloween costume has got everyone talking, with some people making an important point and calling him out as a 'hypocrite'.
Celebrities tend to pull out of the stops for the annual spooky holiday, often coming with some outrageous high-budget costumes, with Heidi Klum, Ed Sheeran, and Lizzo boasting three of the most talked about looks this year.
However, as we know, it doesn't always go to plan, and Halloween is also a prime time to get cancelled if you pick something that could be seen as problematic or offensive.
Take Julia Fox this year, for example, who's facing a lot of social media heat after she dressed up as Jackie Kennedy the day her husband, the then-US President John F Kennedy, was assassinated.

As we say, JD Vance's costume is one that's left people divided, with some finding it hilarious and others slamming him for it.
For those who missed it, the US Vice President, 41, dressed up as none other than a meme of himself - and you probably know which one we're talking about.
Earlier this year, a slew of memes of Donald Trump's right-hand man began circulating online, with the most notable of which portraying him sporting an egg-shaped head and brown curly hair.
It looks like Vance chose to poke fun of himself with the costume as he dressed up as the viral internet caricature.
On Halloween, he posted a clip to social media revealing his outfit choice, which shows the politician greeting trick-or-treaters before spinning in place with a fixed wide grin as The Twilight Zone theme plays in the background.
Some people have been loving the very unique costume choice, taking to Twitter to praise the Vice President for being able to laugh at himself.
One person admitted: "As a proud democrat this was the funniest thing he could have done and he did it. I’ll give you this one JD Vance."
While a second agreed: "He’s actually hilarious," and a fourth quipped: "This is the funniest thing of the decade."
"Owning the meme, let's goooo," joked another, while someone else wrote: "Knowing how to make fun of yourself is an unspoken virtue! You’re an absolute legend!"
Others think him publicly acknowledging the meme and getting in on it has 'killed it,' writing: "He thinks he’s funny with that one???" and "Man knows how to kill a meme".
"Ruined the joke," someone else said, while another social media user agreed: "You mean to tell me he LIKES the memes??? Not using the meme anymore. #memeruined."
As we say, others think Vance embracing the meme version of himself is hypocritical, following the widespread reports earlier this year that a Norwegian tourist, Mads Mikkelsen, claimed he was denied entry into the US after immigration agents took issue with the meme in question.
One Twitter user wrote: "I've heard stories that people's phones in US airports are searched through and if they find any picture mocking Trump or Vance they're send back home."
While a second added: "People have been denied entry into the US for having this meme on their phone."
However, as per the BBC, US Homeland Security officials say he was turned away for admitting drug use.
Mikkelsen said at the time: "They asked questions about drug trafficking, terrorist plots and right-wing extremism totally without reason.
"They took me to a room with several armed guards, where I had to hand over my shoes, mobile phone and backpack."
