How tall Barron Trump actually is as photos show him towering over Donald and Melania

Donald Trump's recent presidential inauguration has once again thrust his entire family into the spotlight - including his youngest son Barron, 18.

Unlike the Republican's first stint in office, however - which began in 2016, when Barron was just 10 - the youngster is all grown-up this time, and undeniably and unequivocally, tall.

But exactly how gigantic is the teen?

For those who've managed to avoid photographs and footage from this week's ceremony - which took place in the Capital Rotunda on Monday (20 Jan) - Barron joined the rest of the Trump family in Washington DC to celebrate his dad's second stint as president.

He is the youngest son of the 78-year-old politician, and the only child of Trump's wife Melania, 54.

In all of the family photos, however - which also include Trump's eldest children, Donald Jr, 46, Ivanka, 43, Eric, 41, Tiffany, 31 - Barron can be seen towering over both his siblings and his parents.

This has especially surprised spectators, being that convicted felon Trump is 6'3 himself, and his mum - a former model - is 5'11.

"Not here to talk about politics, but just let me say this: how fricking tall is Barron Trump HOLY COW," one viewer of the televised inauguration wrote online earlier this week.

Another went on: "How tall is Barron Trump? Bear in mind he hasn't stopped growing, he's too tall for an 18 year old for crying out loud."

Trump himself previously jibed about his youngest son's lengthy posture, joking to press: "He’s a little on the tall side. I will tell you, he’s a tall one, but he is a good-looking guy...

"And he does like politics. It’s sort of funny. He’ll tell me sometimes, 'Dad, this is what you have to do.'"

The question therefore begs to be asked again - how tall is Barron Trump?

Well, according to the Palm Beach Post, as of this week, the New York University's Stern School of Business student is believed to stand between a staggering 6'7-6'9 tall, making him by far the taller of the Trump family.

According to the Irish Star, there's a very clear reason behind Barron's huge stature.

The outlet reports that his diet growing up would have had a huge impact, with the majority of meals having been prepared by his grandmother, Melania's late mother, Amalia Knavs.

Trump revealed on the Impaulsive podcast: "That's how he got so tall; he only ate her food.

"I said you're gonna be a basketball player. He said, well, 'I like soccer, Dad, actually'. I thought... 'at your height, I like basketball better', but you can't talk them into everything."
