She revealed that she has spent years struggling with her mental health and suffered with suffered with an eating disorder, recurrent depression, autism as well as mild learning difficulties.

Jolanda, who was diagnosed at the age of 22, explained that every social situation feels like 'dark, overstimulation, chaos in my head, loneliness'.

"Most of the time I just feel really sh*tty," she revealed to the Times. "Sad, down, gloomy. People don’t see it, because that’s the mask I put on and that’s what you learn to do in life."

In the interview, Jolanda explained that she was in a relationship with a 51-year-old man and revealed that he 'knew from the beginning that this would be coming'.

According to MailOnline, Jolanda's boyfriend, Peter Silvius, uploaded a heartfelt message to his partner on Facebook.

The statement began: "Sweet Jolanda. This is your day, the day of your birthday and the day your wish comes true, a day with two sides."

He continued: "Will miss you a lot as you start your final journey to a place where you will find your peace and have no more pain.

"Love you, you always in my heart have a good last journey and see you later xx."

Jolanda's Facebook account then replied to Peter's post, writing 'Thnkx darling' and, according to the outlet, she hasn't posted since.

Shortly after uploading his initial tribute to Jolanda, Peter reposted a quote which seemed to be another message to her.
