How does a free staycation sound? Well how about one where you can take your dog along for long walks and free doggy treats?
Canine Cottages has just announced that applications are open for the third annual Canine Critics competition and is looking for 10 amazing dogs (and their owners) to review free holidays in the UK. Sign us up!
The successful doggos will be offered positions as coveted Canine Critics, and become four-legged ambassadors of the brand.

They'll be acting as the paws on the ground responsible for reviewing cottage holidays, posting on Canine Cottages' social channels, sniffing out adventures along the way and generally living the doggy dream!
While dogs must be from the UK, they'll get a free UK holiday as well as some delicious treats.
They deserve it, after all.
The competition has exploded in popularity from 7,000 hopeful applicants in its debut year to more than 50,000 in 2019, with dogs all over the UK dreaming of being crowned a Critic.

Each lucky pup will receive a £1,000 voucher for a cottage holiday and a doggy bag full of treats. What's more, the successful dogs will be profiled on the Canine Cottages website and appear regularly across the company's social media channels.
Basically your dog will be famous - how cool does that sound?!
Potential applicants will just need a little help from their humans when applying, which simply involves uploading your favourite snap of your furry friend and completing an online form, which you can find here.

"We're on the hunt for a diverse selection of 'real' dogs who love to explore the UK and have their photo taken, as well as a willing human to sit, stay and lie down with!"
Last year's winner from the Midlands, Woody, had a fantastic time, and his human commented: "There were so many amazing things about being chosen as the Midlands' Canine Critic but I think if we had to pick one, it would be the getting chosen part!
