An appeal has been issued for Levi Davis, who has been missing for over a week.

The professional rugby player appeared on ITV’s Celebrity X Factor in 2019 and E4’s Celebs Go Dating the year after.

He was joined on 2020’s instalment of the celebrity dating show by Love Island’s Shaughna Phillips, Geordie Shore’s Chloe Ferry, and TOWIE’s Pete Wicks.

Davis was last seen on 29 October at The Old Irish Pub in Barcelona.

Bath Rugby has issued an appeal for information about Davis’s whereabouts, as has Tom Varndell, a former England rugby player.

Taking to Twitter, Varndell wrote: “URGENT! If anyone has seen or heard from Levi Davis in the last two weeks could you please drop me a message asap. Many thanks.”

Responding to Varndell’s post, someone claiming to be Davis’ brother wrote: “Thank you for all the love and support under here from so many people I don’t even know.

“Levi was last seen leaving the bar at around 10pm. I’m praying my brother is found safe and unharmed, Levi if you’re reading this. Your family LOVE you and SUPPORT you, please come home.”

In 2020, the same year he appeared on Celebs Go Dating, Davis came out as bisexual and thanked his rugby teammates for their support.

He opened up about his sexuality in a WhatsApp message to his teammates that read: “Hi guys. I just want to tell you something that’s been eating away at me for four years now. I want to be open and honest with you boys, as friends and team-mates. I’m bisexual. It’s something I have known since I was 18.”

He ended his WhatsApp message by joking: “None of you lot are on my radar so it’s OK.”

The athlete began his career playing for England Under 18s and 19s. He went pro in 2017 when he signed for Bath.

Davis was loaned to Ealing in 2019 and currently plays for Worthing Raiders.

Speaking to The Sun, Davis’ mum Julie said: “Levi’s family and I are very worried about him and desperate to know that he is OK.

“Levi please get in touch with us or if anyone knows anything please contact us. Nobody has heard from him since Oct 29th when he was last known to be in The Old Irish Pub in Barcelona.”

Levi has also been reported missing to Spanish police by his family.
