When not writing words in exchange for money she is usually at home watching serial killer documentaries surrounded by cats.

A couple have named their six children after things they love including Disney characters, boxers and a tribute to their nan.

Pippa Tinsley, 32, and husband Luke, 33, opted to go for unusual names for their six kids - aged between three and 15 - with the mum saying she ‘loves how different all their names are’.

Both parents are huge boxing fans so when it came to naming their youngest child they chose Rocky-Tyson - after the fictional boxer played by Sylvester Stallone and the very real two-time heavyweight champion, Tyson Fury.

They also chose a boxing-themed name for six-year-old Hatton who is named after legendary British boxer Ricky Hatton.

Meanwhile, her eldest child Joel Schofield is named after Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden and the character Michael Schofield from Prison Break.

When it comes to their daughters, Pippa says she always knew she wanted to name one after a Disney character and initially liked the name Belle before changing her mind and going for Bambi for their four-year-old daughter.

Parents Pippa and Luke wanted to give all their children meaningful names.

Pippa’s mum Sara Houghton, 58, was the inspiration for 11-year-old Sara Lileigh (pronounced Sara-Lily) and 13-year-old Autumn-Kyla, which Pippa says are ‘not quite as unusual’ but have ‘lots of meaning after them’.

Pippa explained that her mum had a cancer scare, after which she realised she wanted to name one of her children after her. She also helped come up with the unusual spelling of ‘Leliegh’ and the name Autumn.

Pippa said: “There are so many common names out there, why not stand out a bit.

"We're both obsessed with boxing, so we knew there were going to be boxing inspired names in there.

"I also knew I was going to have a Disney name for one of them and Bambi was on a list of ridiculous names, as a bit of a joke, but it just stuck.

"Some people still don't believe that's actually her name.

The children have been named after Disney characters, singers and boxers.

"To be honest she's such a feral child - we should have called her Mowgli.

"I love all our kids' name and I don't care what anyone thinks - they're fun and unique."

Pippa says its been ‘funny’ to see all the attention surrounding her daughter Bambi’s name since Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague named her daughter the same.

"I've been tagged in so many Molly-Mae stories - it's doing my head in,” she said.

"It's funny, Bambi has always just been our daughter's name, it's never been this talked about.

"At first I liked Belle, but it was my father-in-law's dog's name - so that was off the table.

"Luke and I both realised we loved the name Bambi, and it definitely suits her."
