Unless you're an absolute weirdo, it's a given that job interviews can be awkward at the best of times and downright terrifying at the worst.

Whether you're worried about your outfit, how you're coming across or somehow forgetting everything you've ever learnt right at the most pivotal moment - we all know job interviews can be a pretty daunting experience.

Well, luckily for you, one woman has come to the rescue to make the ordeal that little bit easier after sharing one interview question she always asks that gets her the job every time.

Jennifer Reardon, from Chicago, Illinois, took to TikTok to share the question that has apparently has a 100 percent success rate. Check it out:

Jennifer, who is known as @notjenneeree on the social media platform, said: "Every job I've ever interviewed for, where I've said this, I've gotten the job.

"Do your interview, be normal, whatever.

"Before you're done, the last question you're going to ask them is something along the lines of, 'are there any concerns you have about me that we can address before we end?'"

Jennifer told her followers that any employer in an interview will have concerns about you, which you can potentially put to bed.

She continued: "And then once you're done addressing them, they'll have no concerns and you will literally get the [call] saying you got the job."

Jennifer's video has gone viral, with over 1.8 million views, nearly 200,000 likes, and over a thousand comments on TikTok.

Many have praised the content creator for her advice, and some have even suggested other questions they ask at the end of a job interview.

One person said: "A slightly more positive alternative: Is there any additional information I can provide that would elevate your confidence in me as a candidate?"

A second added: "I always ask “what qualities does your best employee have that you’d like to see emulated?” and they always eat it up."

And a third said: "I get so turned off by this question. forces me to think negatively about you before I’ve had a chance to gather my thoughts about our conversation."

While Jennifer has said she's had great success by asking that question, one person in the comments had a completely different experience.

The commenter said when she asked the question Jennifer has a 100 percent record with, the employer told them they couldn't say.

Welp, that's awkward.
