TikTok star Bella Bradford has sadly passed away after being diagnosed with cancer of the jaw three years ago.

Taking to the video-sharing app for the final time last week, the 24-year-old left her followers teary-eyed by revealing that, if they were watching the pre-recorded clip, she'd already died.

The social media star first took to the video-sharing app back in 2021, revealing in her debut upload that she'd been diagnosed with cancer.

Bradford told viewers at the time that she initially believed that pain in her jaw stemmed from her wisdom teeth.

Sadly, however, a routine check-up progressed into a full-fledged jaw cancer diagnosis which - despite being rare - would go on to be terminal.

Since first announcing her news, Bradford vowed to keep her loyal band of followers in the loop with her ongoing treatment, and has since shared 'Get Ready With Me' clips, fashion inspiration and lifestyle hacks on her account.

Last week, however, the internet sensation shared her final upload, revealing that she'd pre-recorded the clip to be used for when she passes on.

In the video - posted 31 October - she could be seen explaining: "I have terminal cancer and unfortunately, by now, my life has come to an end, and I’ve passed away.

"But I wanted to do one final 'Get Ready With Me' because I love doing these, and I love fashion."

Sydney-based Bradford continued: "Thank you for following me on this fun journey, and yeah, I hope you will back on all my videos and find a little bit of joy in your day if you ever needed to feel."

It was then that the TikToker shared a vital message about cherishing every moment they still have left on earth.

"Remember that you live every day and only die once," she went on. "So, everything helps."

Showing off her final get-up - a strapless dress, ballet pumps and a plush cardigan - she revealed that her aunt and uncle had helped her upload the video to the app once she'd passed away.

"Thank you guys so much for this wild and wonderful ride," she finished the heart-wrenching clip.

"I hope you all have beautiful and amazing lives, and I wish all the best for every single one of you. Lots of love."

Sharing another important message in the caption, she added: "Filming these videos truly brought me a sense of purpose in my final few months and also connected me with a very kind community of people.

"I wish you all a beautiful life and please (remember) to live each day with as much significance as the next. What a privilege it is to grow old.

"Thank you for allowing me to be myself on this platform, I really felt excited each day to jump on here and connect over our shared love of life and fashion.

"Love always, Bella.”

Since then, hundreds of users have issued their condolences to Bradford's family, and have heaped praise onto the star for her bravery.

"My heart goes out to anyone who cared about her and loved her," one TikToker commented.

"You can tell what a radiant light she was. Tomorrow I will get up before sunrise and will go watch a beautiful sunrise for her in her memory."

Another wrote: "Love you Bella Bradford. Sorry for your passing. I only hope if I ever have a terminal illness I hope to go through that journey with as much grace as you have. Rest easy love."
