Another day, another reason why this specific Married at First Sight UK couple are getting riled up.
This year’s couplings have been criticised by contestants and fans alike, but the worst pairing has to go to Adam Nightingale and Polly Sellman.
The Channel 4 programme recently saw fans issue a warning to the bride, after a series of awful behaviours exhibited from her beau.
From being slammed for his 'vile' behaviour towards Polly to giving sofa critics 'the ick' over his 'shameful' reaction to another bride, it all seems to be adding up.

But the thing is, Polly isn’t ready to call it quits.
One viewer took to X to share a picture of Adam with his arms crossed, leaning his body, and face away from Polly, who was lounging against him with her head on his shoulder and arm around his neck, and expressed that this was proof that the couple couldn’t make it work.
They captioned the post: "This girl needs to leave Adam alone...Look at this body language."

A second weighed in: "Was about to tweet the same. I wanted to scream out loud 'he's just not that into you' FFS girl stop fawning over him. Find your worth and realise he's not interested. If he wants you, he will show you!"
After so many people have expressed online how Adam just isn’t into her, maybe there’s something to the concerned comments.
If you’ve never looked at the way Adam’s body moves around Polly, you’d probably miss those subtle signs that he’s telling her without actually telling her that he’s not happy in the marriage.
At least, that’s what an expert thinks.

Speaking on behalf of Betfair Roulette, Darren Stanton explains why he thinks Adam just isn’t interested in Polly.
He broke it down: “There’s one shot where they’re sat together, interlocks his arms and hands very tight to himself, and he is looking away.
“She is snuggled up to him and looking towards him.”
According to Stanton, this isn’t what you should see.

He continued: “This is the opposite of matching and mirroring, it’s like 2 magnets repelling. He is not interested, and showing no signs of rapport or affection.
“Folded arms are not always a negative thing, but what he’s attempted to do here is make himself is as small as he possibly can, which the folded arms are a classic sign of.”
Not only is he physically moving away, but so is his gaze, which Stanton explains is him ‘not giving her anything’ and that ‘he’s not giving her any attention’.

On the contrary, he believes that Polly is happy with him: “She seems very loving and open, she’s very touchy feely and needs attention.”
He continued that her body language is all love when he said: “She’s craving love and affection and attention, and he is not giving her that back at all here. That’s what is happening in these shots - he’s switched off from the idea of them being a long term item.”
Ultimately, the expert just doesn’t ‘see any future in these two, unless something drastic happens. I don’t think they will reconcile’
He added: “To put a spin on it, he’s going to have to do a lot of work. Anything is possible to turn this around. He did seem to like her initially. If he’s committed to making it work, he’ll have to make some drastic changes.”
