I'm A Celeb star issued warning after bringing contraband item into jungle

Ant and Dec revealed they will be 'dealt with'

It's not even been one full week in the jungle and already the I'm A Celebrity campmates are breaking rules.

A whole host of celebrities have stepped into the Australian outback for this year's I'm A Celebrity on ITV, and as they're trying to find their feet in the jungle it seems one campmate might have already jeopardised their chances of getting a decent meal.

BBC Radio 1 DJ Dean McCullough might have thought he was being sneaky, but it seems there are eyes everywhere in the camp and he was seen trying to keep something he sneaked into the camp quiet.

The broadcaster told fellow campmate and Loose Women star Jane Moore that he had managed to smuggle in some tea bags, and he was willing to share. He told Jane: "I have tea bags."

Yet the secret smuggling has not gone unnoticed and if Dean thought he was getting away with it, he's got another thing coming as Ant and Dec have warned that the rule break will be dealt with.

Speaking on I'm A Celebrity...Unpacked alongside Sam Thompson, Kemi Rogers and Joel Dommett, Dec said: "I have to say, keep an eye on tea-gate."

Ant added: "That will be dealt with today, believe me."

Previous winner Sam jumped in to urge: “You’ve got to penalise him for something, like somehow."

Dec then hinted that the rule break could have dire consequences for the camp, where food is already scarce as Dean only scored two stars in his first solo trial.

Dec then explained: "I don’t know if we’ve seen the bag but something has happened this morning.

"I think we’ve seen the tea, but we’re just checking that we’ve actually seen it. But, the problem is, to penalise them we normally take food off of them, but they haven’t won any food."

As the group then discussed what a possible punishment could be, Sam came up with a cruel tactic as he suggested: "Let Dean get all the stars this time and then rip it all away afterwards."

Viewers at home have also been commenting on how the rule break from Dean might complicate things for camp as one person wrote on Twitter: "Dean admitting he’s got tea bags has just secured beans and rice for dinner for another WEEK #imaceleb #imacelebrity."

Another shared: "Not Dean whispering about tea bags like he hasn't got a mic and 10 cameras on him #imaceleb."

"Why is Dean going round telling everyone he has teabags?? I'd be keeping that to myself and secretly going to the dunny with a cup of hot water making myself a tea #ImACeleb #ImACelebrity," said a third.
