Netflix has today announced that US hitmaker Sabrina Carpenter is set to launch a musical variety show, which will land on the streaming service just in time for Christmas.

A Nonsense Christmas with Sabrina Carpenter will feature musical guests, and land on Friday 6 December.

The one-off special will also see the chart-topper performing some of fans much-loved Christmas songs, as well as introducing A-list comedic cameos.

"The holidays have always been so special to me," the 'Espresso' singer told the broadcaster.
