The dynamic duo has struck again proving once more exactly why they're one of Hollywood's favourite couples.

Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, have been having some fun with fans following the festivities of the Super Bowl on Sunday (11 February) and the latest addition to the ongoing saga has just been uncovered.

Now, for a little bit of context, the Deadpool star hilariously trolled Lively following her Super Bowl appearance who could be seen watching the nail-biting match alongside her pal, Taylor Swift, to show her support for boyfriend Travis Kelce.

The long-awaited teaser trailer for the third instalment of the beloved Deadpool franchise was released during one of the ad breaks.

Set to be released this summer (26 July), the movie will see Hugh Jackman return as Wolverine, alongside Reynolds as Deadpool.

Reynolds took to social media to react to the teaser trailer during the game and delivered a pretty funny troll to his wife which fans went wild for.

He uploaded a picture on Instagram of him enjoying the teaser trailer alone, captioning the post: "Has everyone seen the #Deadpool trailer? Also has anyone seen my wife?"

Fans were quick to share their reactions to the light-hearted joke, with one Instagram user writing: "Before I snitch where did she tell you she was going," alongside a laughing emoji.

A second chimed in: "Trailer was sooo cool! Can’t wait! But you better watch your wife, I think she’s hanging out with a guy named Taylor something."

The Gossip Girl star responded to the light-hearted dig.

"I may be wrong but I think she’s at the Taylor Swift concert," joked a third, while a fourth penned: "She’s TSwift’s wife tonight, bud."

A fifth asked: "Your wife or Taylor Swift's wife?"

"Hey Ryan, looks like she’s having a girls' night out, hope this helps!" offered a final Instagram user.

Since then, the Gossip Girl star has responded to the light-hearted dig by sharing an Instagram Story from the same spot as his previous snap with the overlay text reading: "Honey I’m home. My day was good. Yours?"

Lively was wearing a Deadpool and Wolverine bracelet to support her hubby's upcoming movie.

It turns out Lively was not only supporting the Chiefs with the 'Cruel Summer' chart-topper at the Super Bowl, but she was also supporting her hubby's new movie announcement.

Reynolds shared a snap of Lively's hefty stack of jewellery on her wrist against the backdrop of the Allegiant Stadium field - with one bracelet having a huge half Wolverine, half Deadpool charm on which is actually being used as a promo poster for the new film.
