Mum-of-22 Sue Radford faces backlash after going on her 22nd holiday in just 22 months

Sue and husband Noel have risen to fame due to their large brood

Mum-of-22 Sue Radford is facing backlash online after going on her 22nd holiday in just 22 months, accusing her of 'flaunting' the trips in people's faces.

Sue and husband Noel - stars of Channel 5’s 22 Kids and Counting - have risen to fame due to their large brood, having also become grandparents to a further 14 children.

The Radfords often stun fans whenever they head off on holiday together, with many other parents often left wondering how on Earth they manage it - both in terms of money, and their own sanity.

This time, however, it was just Sue and Noel jetting off by themselves to celebrate their 31st wedding anniversary, having decided on a lavish trip to Dubai to mark the milestone.

According to The Sun, it is their 22nd holiday in just 22 months.

Posting a video on Facebook, which showed the couple enjoying camel rides and dune buggy rides, Sue wrote: “WOW. What an AMAZING first day in Dubai!!”

She later shared a ‘hotel room tour’, showing followers features like a coffee machine and a mini fridge.

“We will definitely not be having anything out of this because it’s pretty expensive!” Sue said of the latter, also filming the packets of crisps in the room that ‘cost about £8’.

But while many of the Radfords’ fans couldn’t be happier that they were able to mark their anniversary with a beautiful trip, some others accused them of ‘rubbing people’s noses in it’.

It is reportedly their 22nd holiday in 22 months.

One Facebooker commented: “What number holiday is this for this year???”

Someone else said: “I don’t think any other family have a bigger carbon footprint.”

A third asked: “Are you ever home.”

A fourth fumed: “Please think of the people out there that which are in the bread line and struggle to pay bills and feed the family enjoy your holidays but not much parenting going on and STOP RUBBING people’s noses in it at this time.

“Just remember just think about before u post anything.”

They added that they were ‘not impressed’ with Sue ‘flaunting all these holidays in everyone’s face’, claiming her kids have ‘no structure’ to their lives - even though they weren’t with the couple in Dubai, we should point out.

However, many others came to the Radfords’ defence, with one writing; “I love The Radford family, some of the comments about how many holidays etc is not necessary, they have YouTube, a working shop, tv deals etc, do ADs all to make money, they aren’t on benefits how they choose to spend their money is up to them.

They also went up the Burj Khalifa.

“They aren’t mega rich, they might have more than most but they are loving life why they can, simple as that."

Someone else agreed: “My thoughts exactly; I am just amazed at how young they both look and how patient they still are with the little ones."

Another wrote: “Perfectly said! Their holidays literally have no effect on anyone else's life. It's just bitterness and jealousy.”

Sue and husband Noel are parents to Chris, 33, Sophie, 29, Chloe, 27, Jack, 25, Daniel, 24, Luke, 22, Millie, 22, Katie, 20, James, 19, Ellie, 17, Aimee, 16, Josh, 15, Max, 14, Tillie, 12, Oscar, 11, Casper, 10, Hallie, seven, Phoebe, six, Archie, five, Bonnie, four and Heidi, two.
