Strictly's Karen Hauer splits from third husband Jordan Wyn-Jones after 14 months

Strictly's Karen Hauer splits from third husband Jordan Wyn-Jones after 14 months

Karen Hauer, who was once married to Kevin Clifton, married Jordan Wyn-Jones in June 2022

Strictly Come Dancing pro Karen Hauer has reportedly split from her third husband Jordan Wyn-Jones.

The 41-year-old Venezuelan-American Latin dance specialist has appeared on the long-running BBC ballroom series since 2012. She married fellow Strictly Come Dancing professional Kevin Clifton in 2015 however they got divorced three years later in 2018.

Prior to her marriage to Kevin, she was married to fellow dancer Matthew Hauer from 2000 until 2009. Kevin is now dating his former Strictly Come Dancing dance partner and TV presenter Stacey Dooley and she gave birth to their first child, a daughter named Minnie, in January 2023.

Last summer Karen tied the knot with Jordan-Wynn Jones however the pair have apparently split as of October 2023.

A source told The Mirror that the former couple, who got married in June last year, are no longer together. Alarm bells went off after Karen was spotted at the Pride of Britain Awards last week without her wedding ring.

“Karen and Jordan have had a tough time in the past few months and decided to split. It’s obviously very sad for both of them,” the source said.

“But there’s no ill-will whatsoever. The split is amicable, and they wish each other the best.”

Tyla has contacted Karen’s representatives for comment.

In June 2022, Karen and Jordan shared the pictures of their wedding with Hello magazine. The former couple had an intimate ceremony at Chewton Glen in Hampshire with guests including Strictly Come Dancing stars Janette Manrara and Luba Mushtuk.

The couple celebrated their first anniversary on 7 June 2023.

Karen’s family including her mum Mirian attended the ceremony. "It felt so special to bring our families and friends together," she told Hello. "I haven't seen my family for the last two years so it’s really touching to bring them here and be able to share this amazing moment with them."

Karen has yet to address the reports of her split from Jordan however back in August she confirmed that the couple were having counselling.

"You know what? I think communication is massive, but learning how to communicate, you know, so we get outside help,” she told Hello magazine.

“So whenever we’re having tricky moments or anything like that, it’s just seeing the vulnerable side of each other and understanding it and knowing that both of us are working on things because nobody is perfect.

“There is no such thing as a happy marriage or a happy relationship with the perfect couple.

"It’s about dealing with things the right way and not just running away from things, and I guess that’s what makes us tick even better and understand one another.”
