Sacha Baron Cohen has opened up on whether he uses Ozempic after his unbelievable fitness transformation sparked a wild theory from fans.
The 53-year-old actor appeared on the cover of the new issue of Men's Fitness UK, showing off his ripped new physique.
By taking on a consistent training regime and switching up his diet, the Borat star is looking as chiselled as ever for his new role as Marvel supervillain Mephisto in the new series Ironheart.
And as the magazine today shared the new photos of Cohen on Instagram, social media users simply couldn’t believe it.

The transformation left fans convinced that the six-pack pics were actually made using artificial intelligence.
One fan quipped in the comments: “Is this AI?” and it’s racked up a whopping 800 likes from people who are clearly having the same thoughts.
A second wrote: "I'm sorry, but thirst trap Borat was not on my 2025 bingo card.”

Meanwhile, others think the health and fitness glow-up could have something to do with his recent divorce from Isla Fisher last year.
They joked: "Someone just got divorced!” and “Divorce… it does a body good”.
The personal trainer who worked with Cohen has even taken to the comments to shut down the AI rumours.
They wrote: “Hi everyone. I’m Alfonso, The Angry Trainer. I worked with Sacha. For anyone that thinks this is Ai, you’re right. Completely.

“Ai as in Absolutely incredible! This Friday you’ll learn how committed and disciplined Sacha is and how hard he worked to achieve this.
“It’s none sense to suggest these images are Ai, manipulated or photoshopped. I have the raw images and video. Sacha EARNED every accolade for this transformation. FULL STOP.”
As the AI rumours continue to swirl, the actor has been forced to take to his own Instagram story to share the truth, admitting that he used GLP-1 medication along the way.

He jokingly wrote: “This is not AI. I really am egotistical enough to do this.
“Some celebs use Ozempic, some use private chefs, some use personal trainers. I did all three.”
For those unfamiliar with the drug and how it works, Ozempic is used to treat type 2 diabetes, but has been used by some as a tool to aid weight management.
The weekly injectable works by making the body feel fuller and producing more insulin.

Sharing more pictures, the actor wrote: “Hard launching my mid-life crisis. Debuting my new character. Middle aged man who replaced beer with protein shakes.”

He signed off with: “This is AI… NOT! Thanks @theangrytrainer for doing the unthinkable - putting up with me for 25 minutes a day.”
Other fans of Cohen have of course taken the time to congratulate him on the achievement all over social media.
Over on Twitter, one user wrote: “The MARVEL glow up has occurred here…”
Meanwhile, a second penned: “Damnnnn bro got jacked, would love to see his work outs.”
Others chimed in with: “Mephisto goes wild” and “Borat is jacked”.
