"Well, I can tell you that I have gone and got my own airline. I'm very excited and it's called Air Rylan.

"It's not called RylanAir because of copyright reasons, I'm sure you're aware people might pipe up.

"But yeah, it's something I've always wanted. It is landing very, very soon. And I can't wait to have my first passengers on board, and you're welcome along for the ride.

"So keep an eye out and I hope you enjoy flying Air Rylan."

While fans were curious about the news, they were also concerned about Rylan's voice, with many pointing out that it sounded different.

You can listen below:

One person wrote: "Errrmmm why is your voice so deep now?"

While another said: "Love your natural voice!"

And a third added: "Wow your voice sounded different."

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Love your voice!"

Explaining the difference in the comments, Rylan said: "I forgot when filming the vid to put on my work voice. Sorry."

But fans were quick to reply to the TV presenter, explaining: "Your own voice is all you need lovely."

Rylan's new show, Air Rylan, is a talk show that's inspired by conversations you might end up having with people you don't know while flying on a plane.

The synopsis explains: "Air Rylan is inspired by the intriguing conversations we often find ourselves having with strangers on a plane; the good, the bad and the unforgettable, giving viewers an inside look into the lives of their favourite stars as they unload their baggage and settle in for the long haul."

In the first episode, released on Wednesday (4 September) at 6pm, Rylan sat down with influencer GK Barry.

"Get ready for take off... I don't know where we're going but I can't wait to show you what guests I've got travelling with me! Sit back, relax, and enjoy the flight," said Rylan.
