Princess Andre reacts to dad Peter's pregnancy news after Junior admitted he didn't want any more siblings

Princess Andre reacts to dad Peter's pregnancy news after Junior admitted he didn't want any more siblings

The 16-year-old shared her response to the news

One of Peter Andre's four children has shared their reaction to him becoming a dad for the fifth time.

Earlier this morning (12 October), Peter, 50, announced that he and wife Emily MacDonagh, 34, are expecting their third child together.

The couple, who married back in 2015, already share two children - nine-year-old Amelia and Theo, six.

Peter already has two kids with ex-wife Katie Price, 18-year-old Junior and 16-year-old Princess, with the latter now sharing her reaction to the pregnancy news after Junior previously admitted that he didn't want any more siblings.

In a joint Instagram post, Peter and Emily shared the news to their followers with a selfie holding up the baby scans.

The pair captioned the post: "We are delighted to share the news with you all.

"A new addition to our family in 2024.

"The kids are so excited," they added with four black heart emojis, before concluding: "So are we."

And it's clear that Princess, Peter's eldest daughter, is definitely 'excited' by the news after sharing her reaction to the pregnancy announcement.

Writing under the Instagram post, she penned: "Congratulations," with a red heart emoji to match.

Princess' comment comes after 18-year-old Junior opened up about his blended family and how he felt as an elder sibling.

Speaking to OK! back in 2021, the aspiring pop singer revealed: "I think the age gap would be too big.

"If Emily got pregnant now that means the baby would be born when I’m almost 17 and I don’t think the same strong bond would be there."

He added: "I'll be close to moving out of the house.

"I want to be the big brother they love so much and not someone they hardly ever see.

"I also have six siblings already so there are quite a few of us."

Emily, who is an NHS doctor, previously opened up about her relationship with her two step-children the same year.

Junior previously revealed he thought the age gap between him and any future siblings would be 'too big'.

Speaking to OK! she said: "I think with both of them, there’s always things you feel awkward to speak to your parents about. It could be anything. We have a slightly different relationship, maybe that’s why they will ask me questions about certain things.

"Also, with the job I do, I’ve always said to them that nothing is embarrassing to me.

"I think that’s always meant that they haven’t felt embarrassed to say stuff to me if they have to. They’re both really communicative teenagers."

She continued: "We never have family arguments. I’ve never had an argument with Junior and Princess. Pete and I rarely argue.

"I don’t think Junior’s ever been in a mood with me and I've been his step-mum for nearly 10 years!"
