Nicole Kidman appears to push Salma Hayek in tense moment during Balenciaga fashion show

Footage of what appears to be a tense confrontation between actresses Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek has emerged, leaving fans shocked.
Hayek, 58, and Kidman, 57, were both in attendance for a red carpet Balenciaga event during Paris Fashion Week.
Hayek's husband, François-Henri Pinault, is the CEO of Kering, a luxury group which owns Balenciaga.
Kidman is an ambassador for the brand.

In seemingly startling footage, the two actresses are posing for photographs alongside Katy Perry when the apparent confrontation occurs.
During their moment posing for the cameras, Hayek appears to attempt to guide Kidman towards one of the photographers by placing a hand on her shoulder - which Kidman seems to not take kindly to.
After removing her arm, Kidman turns and walks away, leaving Hayek to look awkwardly at the cameras, while Perry appears completely dumbfounded.
Kidman and Perry then share a kiss on the cheek, and Kidman returns and points at Hayek, and the two exchange words, before posing for a couple of photos together again.

One person took to Reddit to get the breakdown of the run-in, playfully asking: "Are the gworls fighting?"
One person responded: "Salma said to the photographer 'She doesn’t want to take it' right after she pushed Salma’s hand away when she was turning to leave. She was also saying goodbye to the other lady. Nicole just didn’t want to take the photo."
Another said: "The 'other lady' is Katy Perry hahahah that’s so funny."
A third added: "It also sounds like at the end Salma says 'please, advice' and then Nicole gives a snarky 'you don’t need it.'"
While a fourth chimed: "i get that salma was probably trying to direct her to pose for the cameras, but some people don’t like to be touched regardless of the situation and you just gotta respect that."
Following the event, Hayek shared a series of images to Instagram with the caption: 'Finally last night the grand finale of my Paris Fashion Week 2025…' before a clapping emoji and 'Balenciaga and Demna for a terrific show
@katyperry @lindsaylohan @nicolekidman.'
The actress included a photograph of herself and Kidman in the post - so it's likely the two patched things up quickly if an altercation did take place - although it's more likely Kidman just got a bit fed up taking photos and Hayek tried to encourage her to stay.
Kidman tragically announced the passing of her mother on 7 September.
In a statement shared by the director of Babygirl, Kidman's latest film, she said: "Today I arrived in Venice to find out shortly after, that my beautiful, brave mother Janelle Ann Kidman has just passed.
"I am in shock and I have to go to my family, but this award is for her, she shaped me, she guided me, and she made me.
"I am beyond grateful that I get to say her name to all of you through Halina, the collision of life and art is heart-breaking, and my heart is broken. We love you all."
