Kim Kardashian's 'dating requirements' list revealed as news about her ‘new boyfriend’ leaves people confused

After rumours of a new secret romance hit headlines earlier today, fans of Kim Kardashian have been wondering what it really takes to win over the much-loved reality star, who's already enjoyed a stream of high-profile romances.

And with this question in mind, Team Tyla have done a deep dive into what the mother-of-four previously listed as her 'dating requirements'...

For those out of the loop with the latest goings-on, a source close to the Kardashian family has reportedly told press this weekend that Kim - the second-eldest of the famous sisters - has a new fella on the scene.

The 44-year-old was previously linked to American footballer Odell Beckham Jr, though the insider claims they called time on their romance eight months prior.

She's also known for having married both controversial rapper Kanye West and Kris Humphries in the past, and briefly dated Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson last year following her latest divorce.

As such, Kim - who shares her four children with ex Kanye - been on the lookout for someone new for some time.

And apparently, only recently has she found that someone special, with the insider alleging that her 'new boyfriend' is something she wants to keep 'very under wraps' until she knows if he's 'the One'.

The insider told Us Weekly: "She’s said the next person she dates will be someone who isn’t famous."

On a separate note, they also added that she is now working towards accomplishing her many goals in both acting and law, telling the publication that after becoming single, 'Kim became way more involved in her company [Skims] and put a ton of effort into her recent launches'.

As we say, the latest news has gotten Kardashian fans wondering if it's just a lack of fame that Kim looks for in potential partners, or if there are any other features that she keeps an eye out for.

And as such, a series of comments she once made about her dating preferences have once again come to light.

In a recent episode of her family's titular Hulu series, Kim recently told her gal pals: "The guys coming to the show just don’t check enough boxes on my list. We made a man list, a manifest list."

On the show, Kim then brought up a pretty lengthy 'list' of requirements, starting off by stating that her future man must, 'Protect me, fight for me, good hygiene - that’s a given, I should even take that off'.

She added that he should be, 'Calm, no mum or dad issues, patient, supportive, genuinely happy for me, successful.'

"Good teeth, spontaneous, fun, my friends and family love him," Kim continued.

"Someone that can be a role model for my kids, especially that my boys can look up to."

She then continued: "No heavy baggage - I have enough. Taller than me, someone that loves to work out, a motivated person, an independent person that’s not clingy and someone with good taste."

Kim then revealed her list even includes what a future partner's teeth should look like, as she joked: "Teeth are one of my biggest turn-ons. The straighter, the hornier I’ll get. Just kidding, but not kidding…"

Speaking direct to camera in her TV confessional at the time, the US favourite then added more items to the list as she explained: "No balding. But then I don’t know, if I’m also in love, I’ll rub your bald head. We’re just talking about our perfection list."
