Some Justin Bieber fans have been left seriously concerned following his latest Instagram post after being forced to address drug use claims.

Earlier this month, the 30-year-old 'Baby' singer sparked major online speculation, with fans branding him as 'frail and unrecognisable' following the release of several new paparazzi snaps.

Such comments on social media have since forced a rep for the father-of-one - who shares his son Jack with his wife, Hailey Bieber - to deny the 'exhausting and pitiful' allegations that the singer had been using drugs.

The rep told Rolling Stone that both Bieber and his wife have said the public’s obsession over his mental and physical health is 'exhausting and pitiful and shows that despite the obvious truth, people are committed to keeping negative, salacious, harmful narratives alive'.

The rep added that the last year was 'very transformative for him as he ended several close friendships and business relationships that no longer served him'.

The statement in question, which was first reported by TMZ, concluded by claiming that the singer 'hadn't slept because he had been recording all night which is why he looked a bit worse for wear when he stepped out to get some fresh air'.

"He'd also spent part of the evening caring for his son who was having trouble falling asleep as well," TMZ added.

Tyla has previously reached out to Justin Bieber's representatives for further comment on the drug use accusations.

Amid the speculation, Bieber has taken to Instagram to share a clip of himself and a friend seemingly free-styling over a beat in which he could be heard rapping: "I fly high like a high guy / I fly high like a magpie / I go high like I'm that guy."

The clip, just a few seconds long, was posted on Tuesday (25 February) and has since racked up more than 800k likes and nearly 20k comments from many fans worried about the post.

"Bro is not okay, please tell me that y’all can see this too," penned one Instagram user, as a second echoed: "What’s wrong with you, bro?"

"What is going on with him, I used to follow him manyyy years back. What happened to his health? Why does he look and sound like that?" asked a third while a fourth declared: "If anyone’s a true fan of Justin Bieber, you would know that there’s something wrong with him.

"He needs help."

Others, however, were thrilled with Bieber's music 'comeback' with one fan writing: "Bieber is back!"

"Give him a grammy rn!!!!!!" gushed another, as a final added: "You know what, yeah we like this."
