When you think of Holly Willoughby, you probably think of wholesome TV with the odd innuendo.
She's raised eyebrows with some seriously X-rated chat on the latest episode of her new YouTube series, called Holly Willoughby Together.
It's a world away from her former daytime TV days, as she openly swears and discusses the world of adult films with her special guest, OnlyFans star Lily Phillips.
For the uninitiated, Phillips went viral after starring in a stunt where she claims to have slept with 101 men in a day, to which Willoughby asked about her nether regions "How does it cope?!"

Since she shot to fame, Phillips has built a career on the 18+ content site and starring in adult films.
Needless to say, Willoughby didn't hold back when it came to the conversation about the representation of women's bodies onscreen.

The conversation began when Phillips confessed she had 'regrets' after undergoing 'designer vagina' surgery.
"I know people are into different things, and there's areas of the internet you can literally find anything, but a lot of it is perfect designer vagina," said Willoughby, at which point Phillips confessed she had been under the knife.
This procedure can involve a labiaplasty, which is painful surgery to reduce the size of the labia minora.
Phillips said she regrets it 'slightly' as she could have been ‘that representation in the adult industry for the big labia community’.
She insisted it was a 'personal decision' and a guy had 'never commented on it', and put it down to her 'own insecurity, and I don't if that came a little bit from p**n."
Willoughby agreed: "This is the problem, I think because boys and women watching p**n are only seeing certain vaginas and vulvas and they’re going: “Oh they’re all meant to be beautiful”… then you see your own and you’re like 'Oh my gosh I'm weird' but actually that's what women’s bodies look like."
She added that was her biggest issue with adult films, and pleaded: "Please just show normal f***ies”‘
Phillips agreed, saying she tries to be 'open and honest' with her audience about what surgery she's had, in order to make other people feel less bad about themselves if they see her content and compare themselves to her.
Phillips also ruffled feathers by talking about her faith, saying: "I know this is going to sound incredibly wack to some people, God put me into the adult industry for a reason."

Some fans were left shocked by the conversation, and hit out on the star's Instagram page.
"How times have changed," one wrote.
Another lashed out: "Used to respect you Holly but encouraging other girls seeing this fame and money by watching this guy get a platform."
"Why is she being given a platform? Why is this behaviour normalised? And bringing God into the conversation makes this ok?? Nothing holy about this at all," added another upset fan.
Others backed Willoughby up though, one wrote: "I have to say fair play for this woman coming on here and being honest."
"An insightful interview and I think Lily is incredibly articulate," a second added.
Someone else argued: "The interview itself is not platforming the behaviour," while another said it was "Absolutely fascinating. Learned a lot!"
One thing's for sure, it's got people talking about the show.
